#86 Goals

#1 Speak positive affirmations daily from the Word of God about who God says I am:






#2  Work out 5 days a week (Mon Wed & Fri Strength Training & Tuesday & Thursday Cardio):



#3  Saturday & Sunday "Fun cardio" -- bike riding, tennis, walking the neighborhood, etc.

 


#4  Eat well 90% of the time and have a cheat meal every now and again!!



#5 Enjoy the journey!!!!
